Biography: I am Senior Academic Coordinator at the LLAS Centre for Languages, Linguistics and Area Studies at the University of Southampton and Learning Development Manager at SOAS, University of London. My research interests include language learning motivation, anxiety, transition into higher education and students' perspectives on learning. I teach on continuing professional development courses and academic skills courses, project manage the Routes into Languages programme and design teaching, learning and promotional resources for languages.
